Complementary Support Services (CSS) is a non profit agency dedicated to enriching the quality of life by promoting good mental health, teaching important life skills, and offering support and counseling services.  CSS strives to perform to the highest standard of our clients and exceed in the complete satisfaction of the family and loved ones of our clients. We serve children, adolescents, and adults with developmental disabilities, mental illness and emotional and behavioral disorders.  Services are designed to meet individual circumstances and are provided in compliance with MN Department of Human Services licensing standards.
